• Gladion's body suffered pretty badly from the malnourished state he spent most of his childhood in. Because of that, his growth was stunted, his body still shows signs of it even while being a healthy weight, and he has a weakness to severe cold. He won't get ill often, but if he does get ill, it tends to be worse than most people's reactions to it.
  
  
• He's not very touchy. While he does crave affection and contact, he tends to be very uncomfortable with it when it comes to other people and often gets defensive over his space. The only people who can freely touch him or get really into his bubble are Hau and their shared friend (the PC).
  
  
• His eye hidden by his hair is completely nonfunctional, having been damaged both from abuse and from being attacked while he tried to escape with Silvally. It's discolored, lighter than his other eye, and the iris is somewhat fractured. This was caused by a mixture of Lusamine's abuse and sickness, though once she realized she had hurt him she'd at least gotten him enough medical care to fix his other eye (as his eyesight was never the best).
  
  
• His hand is also somewhat hurt, though it's still useable.
